30-Day Satisfaction Policy

We want you to love your Dead Soft socks. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, just email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund once proof is verified.
